(Please find samples of repair guides and user manuals I’ve edited on my iFixit profile here.)

I am a master’s graduate of the University of Memphis, and I majored in WRTC: Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication (previously known as Professional Writing). My research interests lie in social justice and technical communication. In particular, my concentration is in researching methodologies such as decolonialism, critical race, and intersectional feminism. This portfolio is a representation of these interests, with each sample showcasing my work in the variety of classes that I have taken at the University of Memphis, including the subjects of pedagogy, web design, and social work.

I currently work as a Multimedia QA Editor for Google Operations Center, a subsidiary company of Alphabet. I have experience with designing professional documents, editing instructional manuals, working with subject matter experts, publishing user instruction manuals, and designing vector graphics. My portfolio samples express my foundational research knowledge and my ability to compose in multiple writing styles.
